Terms and Conditions for Online Entry
In entering an event online via the born2run website the entrant acknowledge that the contract is between himself and the event organiser and not with born2run Ltd. If the event he has entered online is cancelled and he has already paid the entry fee he agrees that he should seek a refund from the event organizer and not born2run ltd, having already familiarized himself with the event organiser’s policy concerning cancellations and refunds. Similarly, in the event of his withdrawal from any event he must apply to the event organiser for a refund, who will instruct Born2Run as appropriate. The entrant agrees that Born2Run can pass his entry details to the event organiser, who in turn can use it to contact him and may share it with organisations associated with the race. Born2Run will not pass his details onto a third party without his approval. The entrant acknowledges that his personal details will be stored on computer and that his name, date of birth and gender may appear on the public list of participants when he enters that event. The entrant agrees and abides by the rules of Scottish Athletics, UK Athletics or other such national body, and also the rules of the event. He understands that he enters the event at his own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to himself, prior to, during or after the event.
